Paula Rea Johnston
Paula is a top-producing Michigan real estate professional respected for her record-setting sales, strong work ethic, and genuine commitment to clients. Raised in the business and trained by Linda, Paula brings an experienced and refined approach to both listings and home purchases.
A lifelong Rochester-area resident, Paula also leads educational real estate seminars that help clients understand the market and make informed decisions. Her energy, local knowledge, and personal care are central to every transaction.

Peter Johnston
Peter grew up in the Rochester and Birmingham areas and attended Brother Rice High School and Michigan State University. After years as a private business owner, he joined The Linda Rea Team as its lead project manager and real estate professional.
Peter provides hands-on support for new-construction clients, overseeing custom-home projects from planning through completion. His attention to detail, design knowledge, and project-management experience help clients navigate the building process with confidence.

Joe Johnston
Joe represents the third generation of the Rea family’s Michigan real estate legacy. As the son of Paula and Peter, he brings fresh energy, modern technology, and a forward-thinking approach to the team.
Joe’s knowledge of digital tools, data, and modern marketing helps the team serve everyone from first-time buyers to experienced investors. He is especially passionate about teaching others how real estate can help build long-term wealth and a stronger financial future.
