Dear Sir or Madam, Anxious to retire and to move to northern Michigan, on January 2, 2006 we listed our home with Real Estate One and in particular with the Linda Rea Team. On June 26, 2006 we closed on the sale of our home. Because of her teamwork concept, dedication and experience, the sale of our home was a very positive experience. While some agents rely solely on Internet listings, Linda focuses her advertising dollars on a variety of sources. Her team ran multiple ads regarding our home in the Eccentric newspapers, Lifestyle Newspaper and the Detroit Free Press. Periodically. it was featured in the Preferred Homes for Sale in Rochester Hills, booklets that are found in local businesses. Throughout this process, we received copies of each ad with a notation of the publication and date the ad was run. Our home was featured in print a dozen or more times during the five months it was on the market. Those were beyond the Internet listings which showcased our home. When selecting an agent, we considered the importance of the team concept. Members of her team are specialized. One person dealt with weekly updates, another person informed us when clients had arranged a walk through. Most recently, we worked with a team member as the closing papers were being finalized. In our estimation, each person does a better job because he/she is specialized and can focus on one aspect. Never once did we fell-out-of-the-loop. Our closing yesterday went glitch free. We highly praise the fine work and great effort that the Linda Rea Team did for us. The number of homes for sale in Rochester Hills is staggering. Linda and her team kept a very professional and upbeat attitude the entire time we were working with them. We were not just another client. Ultimately, our home sold. Are we satisfied customers? You bet! Do we recommend Linda Rea and her team? Absolutely. Without a doubt, Linda Rea is the best real estate agent in this area. Linda’s team concept does make a difference.
