- Wedgewood buyers in Rochester Hills and sellers of their Royal Oak home are very happy with Linda of The Linda Rea Team. They bought and sold both their homes with Linda this spring and are now moved into the new home!

- Steamboat Springs sellers are very happy with the Linda Rea Team! House is “SOLD” and they are off to live their lives! We have a wonderful reference letter from them on record!

Black Pine Trail had their tour on Tuesday of this week,
and Mrs. Seller, who happens to work with Pampered Chef, really went all out for the agents’ visit. The seller presented us with Southern turkey, southwestern roast beef, malibou and classic wraps. They were the best! She served a large fruit bowl, “cold” water, and Cucina Italiana Desserts “Profiterole Puffs”.

She did share all these wonderful dessert recipes with us and we will add them to our on-line recipe of the month section, which you may wish to use during the sale of your home. Sometimes quick meals will be in order when your home is being shown.

Another wonderful closing…We have had several closings this month, we would like to share just one of the wonderful reports we receive from our clients.

Several closings have occured this year …but one closing I enjoyed the most was with a co-op agent named Gail, at Re-Max in the Hills. Having the ability to close a transaction with a true professional agent on both sides, not only makes it go smooth, but is an enjoyable closing for all concerned. Our photo, shows that agents with a great attitude can put their clients first and make a difference for everyone concerned! A great lunch was enjoyed after the closing and we both took a a moment to
