While in the van they can watch television and even, while mom and dad look for their new home!
For years, Linda has offered a truck that clients can borrow while moving. Linda and her trained and experienced support staff are constantly on the alert to provide each and every service a buyer or seller might need in the process of moving. They are well known for anticipating needs and always looking for solutions before problems arise. Such is the case with the unique free moving truck and service vans!
Put into operation several years ago, the first white van with the word “Linda” on either side of it quickly became as much a part of the neighborhood as the radar in the Rochester community. Always on call at Real Estate One, the van has been used to take slightly worn clothing to charitable organizations, haul Christmas carolers, transport supplies to parades and street fairs, flowers and toys to Children’s Hospital, antiques to a new home and even a piece of sculpture to its new location. The van is even used to pull floats in the holiday parades. Linda Rea sees the truck and service vans as a necessity. The service vans are great for moving special things that the owner wants to keep an eye on or for overflow from the moving van. We go to great lengths to show our clients we care about them. For instance, we provide dinner certificates for the week they are moving to ensure “no cooking or mess” while moving. This is just one more thing we provide to make the transition from the old home to the new one as stress-free as possible.
